Product Introduction
PC/ABS alloy is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines polycarbonate (PC) with acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) through blending modification technology. It has the heat resistance of PC, with a heat deflection temperature ranging from 80 to 125℃, high strength, and the easy processability and impact resistance of ABS. It still maintains more than 90% of the mechanical properties at a low temperature of -30℃ and has passed the UL94 V-0 flame retardant certification. Its excellent fluidity supports thin-walled forming (minimum 0.6mm) and high-gloss spray-free processes. At the same time, it is resistant to acid, alkali, grease and environmental stress cracking. It is widely used in fields such as automotive instrument panels, 5G communication components, medical sterilization equipment and unmanned aerial vehicle structural parts. Compared with pure PC, it reduces processing energy consumption by 35%, and compared with pure ABS, it increases impact strength by three times. Complies with RoHS and other regulations, and supports recycling and reuse.
